Ordered 3 mini cakes via foodpanda on 9th Feb to be delivered 10th Feb,3PM. Received cakes at 3.18PM. Burnt Durian Cheesecake was replaced with red velvet cheesecake but was not even informed beforehand. Worse still, the red velvet cheesecake came crumbled? My Oreo cake was delivered with 2 of the Oreos almost dropping out the box and the rocky coco crunch was leaning towards the box. Contacted foodpanda to help with redelivery, did not hear until 45mins later. Then was informed at 4.50PM which was almost 2 hours later after I received my cakes that Bedok Mall’s outlet was unable to fulfill my request. These cakes were for a friend’s birthday then I had to go and find another place for cakes and wait for delivery. 🤦🏻♀️ Worst experience ever.
1. Why was I not inform of the change of cakes?
2. Why was unfulfillment for redelivery not informed earlier and only 2 hours later and I had to keep waiting?

Ordered two cakes yesterday via foodpanda (ie
Oreo cake and the unicorn rainbow cake for kid’s party, cost about $80). It turns out to be a disastrous experience. Firstly, the size of the cake is so tiny, especially for the unicorn cake - it is about half of the size of the oreo cake, but it is also charged at $38.8. The taste is mediocre for both of the cakes. I shall never trust this brand anyone!

For the second consecutive time, my Deliveroo order was wrong. I had specified Blackforest Petite Cake (yes, I was really craving one!) each time, but both times found the order was replaced with something else, the first time Red Velvet and the second Mango Passionfruit. No attempt to contact me was made at all prior to the delivery even if they had run out of Blackforest.The cupcakes were moist and delicious though.
An update after this review was posted: Twelve Cupcakes contacted me, expressed regret I was "suay" enough to have both orders substituted, but informed me that such an outcome was covered in their Terms and Conditions on their website even though I'd ordered through the Deliveroo platform. Well, so if you're intending to make orders, just know that it's not their policy to check with you or inform you first should your order be unavailable!

I and my husband went to your Bedok Mall outlet to place an advanced order for my kid’s birthday at school. We have emphasized many many times we want cupcakes with NO chocolate or any small solid particles. Finally we choose to order 24 normal size of HONEY BLUEBERRY cupcakes. This HONEY BLUEBERRY flavor, according to your outlet staff and your picture on your website, is a flavor with vanilla base and no chocolate at all! We trust you and we noticed that the boxes are sealed with sticker already, so we didn’t open to check after collecting the cakes. Just now my kid’s teacher sent me the celebration video. Until then we found that the flavor is wrong. It is chocolate based and with chocolate chips on top! We have never given my 2-year-old chocolate before and we have emphasized so many times we don’t want any chocolate contained in the cupcake!!! Why would you do such thing! My baby or her classmates might be allergic to chocolate and how can you take the responsibility!!!! I’m very worried and upset now!!I urge you to give us a proper response on this matter ASAP!
