A collection of small delicious eateries, bakeries, beauty salons, mart, co-working space, fitness centre, tuition/enrichment centres can be found at the first level of this condo.
Do take note that most of the eateries have their seating on the 2nd floor hence the need to climb up the stairs.
Good place to chill in these eateries as they are quite empty on weekdays, for some nice and quiet dining.
But avoid on weekends (unless you don't mind the noise) as eateries are packed with parents and their children, either waiting for or after finishing their tuition/ enrichment classes in the same building.

This place is mainly for learning centres and enrichment classes. The food and beverages are limited. The pick up and drop off point is not easily accessible to level 1. Terrible design.

Nice decor and comfy cafes and desserts shops. Sitting is upstairs as the shops are of duplex design. Good place to meet up with friends to chat. Foxhole cafe, My Cottage Cafe, Picnic Cafe, Korean Dessert Cafe, Mon Choux Cafe, Old Town White Coffee, Cake Boss, . All serves nice food.

AURA HAIR (#01-25) is one of the best hair salons I frequent here - excellent skills and service, no hard sell. They offer full range of hair services including organic hair spa! of rustic and zen concept, you are sure to get a good pampering session, especially with their private rooms at level 2! Level 1 features more on haircuts and color. Reasonably priced!

Private residential property with some shops at the lower floors. But those units facing the road and the bus stop will need good sound proofing or adapt to the noise.

This mall is split into 2 sections of shops. We thought we have finished shopping after seeing so many eatery, enrichment, mobile shop, massage and retail. Then still got another section. Then still got 2nd floor. Very clean and brightly lit.

Not sure about the residences, they could be really nice to live in. But the retail area is a bust. Nonsensically designed, with no consideration for people who have difficulty climbing stairs. Some of the food places I wanted to go to required you to purchase your food downstairs and walk up a narrow flight of stairs to get to the dining area. Maybe they only want young and able bodied people to dine at their food places! If you have knee issues like me, stay clear of this place.
