I always frequent this bubble tea place as I work in Suntec. While I must say that the quality of the bubble tea here is consistently good, the attitude of the female staff at the counter can be friendlier. That will certainly help in attracting more customers!
ATTITUDE of the female staff at Suntec Branch on 6 May 2018 was one of the worst I’ve ever seen among all milk tea chains. Subjectively, their milk tea was ordinary, nothing worth a “wow”. There’s better ones.
Staff at the Great World” city outlet are very poorly trained. Asked questions on the kohuto milk tea and was given several information or lack thereof.
Tea turned out too sweet and bad tasting. Do t waste money
ATTITUDE PROBLEM! Chinese female stuff in Suntec outlet is being unpleasant and impolite. Asked a question nicely with a smile but was rebuked with a stern and hard reply. Maybe she has a problem but it’s not proper to release on another person.
It’s the worst bubble tea I ever tasted. Wasting time is Long also. The worst experience ever anyone can get from the Low class cafe.
