Ordered the fried chicken set which comes with 2 sides. Premium sides will add $1 more. The chicken I think is marinated with turmeric which I liked. You get chicken leg which is nicely fried and juicy. Portion is reasonable. Loved the chirpy lady who served me. She was friendly and cheerful which makes my day. The mala xianguo is also one of my fav. The YTF stall also good but prepare to wait when there is a queue.

I am so glad I found this on Grab! My must-have almost every week. So delicious and generous servings. My fave is the Ayam Penyet, Sambal Paru and Lontong Kering with beef rendang. Sooo good!

Great Food. Suoerb Customer Service. Used to order their Tingkat Meals for my family until COVID19 last year. But looking forward if they reaume after this pandemic. Went there this morning to take away 3 packets of Nasi Padang, I packet Mee Rebus and 1 packet of Kway Teow. You wont regret patronising.

I am so glad I chanced upon this on Grab. It is divine and the serving is very generous. It closes at 2pm so I will actually order dishes for dinner too. 😂

I came over to this cafe, all excited cus im a big fan of butterscotch. In addition, I do hunt for new halal spots to eat with my partner. Hence, this seemed a good spot for us to have an afternoon Sunday lunch.
We ordered the mocha priced at $5 but I have to admit it was very milky where one might mistake it for a cup of latte. There was no taste of chocolate or much coffee in that mocha. My partner, an avid fan of mocha, rejected the cup at first taste.
The wait for the main (crabcake Burger) which I ordered, came after my dessert (butterscotch souffle). The souffle was a letdown I must say. The chocolate sauce which came with it was shockingly sour. As a whole, $14 for a souffle which looks like scrambled eggs was a major letdown.
The crabcake burger arrived after 45mins of waiting. I thought that there was a turnaround of things here as I ate the crabcake patty which was plump and generous. But it fell flat in between a set of untoasted buns.
Service was off-spec. The waitress did not bother to apologise when we asked for a new cup of chocolate sauce in exchange for the sour one. The food came slow and there was no urgency seen by the waitresses, nor apologies for the slow food service.
Bear in mind, there is a service charge and we must order and pay at the counter.

Chances of getting seats is better if you're in pairs coz the plc is really small. Foodwise, it's value-for-money chicken chop and tasty ramly-meets-wendy burger is perfect for sharing as portion is quite huge. My personal fave would be their truffle fries and buffalo wings! Churros serving is generous and a piece or two would be enough to satisfy one's cravings. I was a little skeptical abt the souffle coz i heard mixed reviews abt it being overpriced and all but I ordered it anyway, and no regrets! I realised the chocolate sauce that goes with it is a little diluted, but the souffle is as gd on its own! It's really hard to make a gd souffle with halal ingredients, so props to Butterscotch for hitting this one just right!

Efficient and friendly staff. Cosy interior but a tad claustrophobic as it fits less than 20 people. Small menu but provides a decent selection of main course and deserts. Tried almost everything on the desert menu. Pretty desserts but really nothing to shout about.

Oh where do I even begin to rave about my horrible experience with ButterScotch...? My friend and I arrived at the cafe on a scorching hot day, hoping to try their delicacies and brighten our day. Upon arrival, we were denied entry because I was on a wheelchair and they didn't allow wheelchairs in. Reason? "The place is small." Are you sure it wasn't your mind that was small??? What’s more, the lady wasn't even apologetic at all while denying me. I have been to many cafes all around Singapore, some of which were a lot, I repeat, A LOT smaller than ButterScotch but they still allowed me in. In fact, they even helped to move the furnitures a little so I could get in and enjoy a meal there. That's called great customer service, a sense of inclusivity and all around great etiquette - for that, I, as a paying customer will come again to support their business. Unfortunately, ButterScotch lacked all of the aforementioned qualities. Sure, the cafe was full at point of arrival but honestly, my friend and I wouldn’t mind waiting just so we could get the seat closer to the entrance for convenience. But of course, they’d rather shun us away instead. Due to blatant DISCRIMINATION by this cafe, I will not be recommending ButterScotch to any of my friends anytime soon (if ever), nor will I be interested to drop by again. I’m sorry to know that you guys only cater to abled customers. I mean, disabled people like us don’t eat fancy shmancy food that you guys serve, right? Congratulations on your bigotry! I don’t think this cafe even deserves a star!

They serve delicious and tasty foods... Could have come out with more choices and upsize some of their servings a little bit though. The place is nice and cosy.. Worth visiting.
