Good place to exercise. Nice scenery and wider path toward garden by the bay after the Cc. But beware of some inconsiderate "park users". Either they occupied in the middle of the path with extreme slow speed or walk or cycle blindly.
Have to keep a lookout of them and avoid "crash" into them.
..it’s a condo..big..and surprisingly, the security ppl are kind and friendly..👍👍…public transport abit of issues..unless u drive or take grab..or cycle..mixture of nationalities resides there…

Variety of different sizes apartments. Good swimming pool, Gym and Tennis courts. Nice coffee and snacks available within. Quite self sufficient. But difficult to reach, if you don't have own transport.
An exquisite abode for connoisseurs of large space who want to be close to CBD. Mind you, if you drive then "As the Crow flies" distance doesn't apply.
Very green and suitable for the Post WFH workout blues.
