Rude seller woman, the worker on the shift around 3:45pm today (Wednesday, 22 June, 2022)
Didn’t talk politely or nicely. In fact she shouted at customer (me)
First of all, she didn’t care the customer who was standing right in front for like 30 seconds, just continued doing she has been doing without saying a word. (There was no customer except me at the shop). I asked her if I could mix two kinds of cookies for 100g. She asked “which flavour?”. And I was indecisive of which two to choose exactly at that moment so I was thinking for a moment(but not so long). She didn’t wait and got back to her work. And then I called her and told her what I wanted to choose by pointing with my finger. She shouted, “which number?!”. Then I told her the number. And she told me the cost.
Later, I asked her if I could use paynow and she said “No Paynow, just paywave” but in a irritated and impatient manner.
Very bad customer service, really
Staff should be taught how to respect and treat customers well.
I have also seen another review that mentioned the rudeness of staff.
I’d like the Management team to take action for those rude staff
