Their Char Siu have been one of my favourite since young. I like its lean and less fat yet it is still having this soft chewy bite. Their style is more similar to HK style which has more savoury taste than sweetness and its colour is darker in soy shade. And you can self help yourself with the fried pork fats! Hope they can open more branches.

It has been years but they have not gotten a shoutout. So here is one of those rare finds in an obscure neighbourhood that serves one of the best Hong Kong style roasted meats. A tad sweet for some meat items but overall very satisfying because of the enormous portion given!
