Went to D'Arena with some friends to check out the rooftop farms (there are two!), and was pleasantly surprised to discover the Westend cafe. It was a Friday lunch hour and the place was not too crowded. Peaceful, relaxing vibes and smart decor. Felt like a cool oasis on a particularly hot day outside. Casual, hearty food. We had burgers, onion rings, fried chicken wings, fish with couscous, salad. There's a diverse range of eateries at D'Arena, ranging from food court stalls to cosy cafes and higher-end restaurants like Tung Lok Seafood. Even a go-karting track and Japanese onsen. We were told there are plans for a farmer's market. Looks like a happening place. Just around the corner from Joo Koon MRT.

Much improved place now that a new management had taken over. There are many activities such as Anytime Fitness Gym, Move Fitness and even an Japanese Onsen call Joya Onsen. The Australian Surrey Hills Cafe and The WestEnd serves very yummy western food in addition to the many Asian and Singapore delights. An oasis in the west. Almost forgot to mentioned that Creamier Ice Cream is SOLID

Synonymous with the Downtown East of the West! Awesome retail mix. I was surprised to see a Go Karting circuit there. Will definitely go back again!
