PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE LEAVING.
Walked into the outlet today at 8.37pm, and ordered 2 meals, requesting no salt on fries. Receipt clearly printed the special order. Shortly about 5 minutes my order was prepared and given to me. Without mind, i went home.
Please refer to pictures for the saltiest fries on earth.
Called the outlet for some recovery service - but the manager after hearing my situation said, “so..?”
Me: Well could you do something about it?
Manager: Ya can you come back here and collect new ones?
Me: No. Why should I since this is on you? This isn’t my fault or order.
Manager: Ok will get delivery rider to send you.
Me: May i know the estimated time?
Manager: No, still trying to get delivery rider. No estimated time.
Me: (time is already 9.30pm)
Ok, after 10? 11? Or 12?
Manager: Definitely not 2 hours.
Me: K.
Manager: (hangs up without saying bye/thanks/sorry about it)

McDonald's Bukit Gombak is clean not to big. Just i don't like the toilet facing the dinners table. From the table, you can see who ever enter the toilet and sometime the door is open n can see the toilet bowl. Ew...

You will have to que if its peak hours...if non peak...perfect...order received quite fast and in Singapore its Halal compare to Other asian countries...and allowable 4 ply of cheese...#crazy for cheese...if you are in Taipei...only 2 ply of cheese

This branch here basically hires a bunch of kids (they look probably 15-16ish) at the counter and all they care about is to talk to each other and nothing else. While the staff is not talking they spend the rest of their time looking confused.

Due to dining in restriction, this place is limited to maximum of 5 a table.
Social distancing stickers are pasted on seats and table space for keeping of social distancing. However, many patrons did not follow.
Lack of seating management by chain. There are many instances of 2 paxes taking table for 4/5, causing others of 3/4 with no seats available.

Compared to other McDonald's outlets I visited, this outlet is one of the slower few. This also applies to before the pandemic started. Do check your orders before you leave as sometimes they may forget something you ordered. Other then that, it's fine. Standard fast food.

One of my favourite place. Chill, relax and enjoy a fillet o fish meal. Good for families and friends.
