Had their beef goulash with teriyaki chicken burger. I have always loved their soup and the burger is way better than I expected. The pineapple in the burger adds a zest to it.

On 7 June, 1114hrs, your awful staff at Bugis Junction outlet 1) Refused to help 2 elderly women, of over 70 years of age and not as tech-savvy, to make their order. Fine, your staff belittle the elderly and refused to render help since the staff are too incompetent AND lazy to begin with, to help customers who can't 'order by themselves', and deemed these customers too unimportant for these incompetents to handle. Therefore, the elderly women had mistakenly ordered drinks that aren't complimentary with the $20 Soup Set for 2, and this error could highly likely be avoid should the staff had rendered help to the elderly women when they made their order. Fine, the elderly women customers pay extra for the non-complimentary drinks, BUT at that point, since the $20 Soup Set for 2 is already PAID FOR, yet the staff 2) REFUSED TO HONOUR the INCLUDED complimentary drinks when the $20 Soup Set for 2 was purchased AND paid for!!! The awful staff gave multiple excuses that since their order slip did not include the complimentary drinks, so the elderly women customers are not entitled the complimentary drinks?!?!????? What kind of MAL-LOGIC is that? The complimentary drinks are PART of the set, and it's not as if the set was not paid for! So the complimentary drinks ought to be honoured, no? So according to the staff's MAL-logic, if a customer orders a set and mistakenly did not include any INCLUDED items in their order, and say that included item is a soup main, yet the order have been paid in FULL amount, is The Soup Spoon not going to honour the soup main for this case too?!?!??? #DamnRidiculous Order queue #5006. SouperChef Anna, I believe your parents/in-laws are also in the 70's and above. And I believe you are an honourable businesswoman who not only knows how to work on culinary standards of the food items, but also know how to right the wrong and take action on said staff of Bugis Junction outlet for said actions. I'll be looking forward to a follow-up on this.

Soup spoon is one of my most favorite place to eat, I love their soups, all so yummy and filling and can eat alone as a full meal, even without anything else. The beef goulash os legendary, and they often have something new on the menu to try. Best part is they also come in packaged versions to take home to enjoy. The concept reminds me of a simoat style restaurant in Japan, I think I called soup Tokyo.

Really unhealthy, stale bad soup and wraps. We ordered pumpkin soup, it was so bad that we had vomit after coming home. Wasted not just 27$ on 2 sets, had really the worst experience. NEVER EVER GOING BACK AGAIN TO SOUP SPOON. such bad quality at such high price. They should learn some quality management n throw away stale soups and uncooked wraps than serving those to customers!!!! I want to lodge a complaint against them, anyone can guide where?

Soup spoon is always reliable. Always love the SG chicken & the mushroom ragout. Rly can’t go wrong with this place. Staff here were nice also during lunch on a PH.
