Great location if you work in Tanjong Pagar area.
Everything so nice except the mobile phone signal sucks for years...But overall enjoy my stay here.
This building is strategic. Potentially one of the best, with great facilities. The apartment is nice
Has a great view of the harbour
Not guest friendly when you drive . Greedy landlords who refuse to charge by the minute for carpark fees
The common areas are great and very quiet during covid. The sea views are spectacular and some apartments are very private (mine is most are not).
Units are extremely small. Security guards are not useful - basically, anyone can enter the condo without much checks.
