Best prata in Singapore. I used to like the one at Roti Prata House but this is even better. Try the coin prata. It’s super crispy on the outside. Ordered the mutton curry as well. It’s really good. The plain prata and paper prata also lived up to expectations. Enjoyed the ginger milk tea with zero sugar. Whenever I’m craving for prata, I will definitely think of Sin Ming Roti Prata.

- If you are driving, be prepared to wait as there are limited lots
- If you are waiting for the lots, be prepared that the delivery vans will snatch your lots
- if you are going ard lunch time, best is to turn on some soothing music as your blood pressure will surely go up
Sing Ming prata
- Really not worth the wait.
- their cheese prata looks more like normal prata with yellow colouring. There is no cheese taste at all
- Their famous coin prata. Well...it's nice when you are hungry. But nothing special after a few bites
- Their gravy is sweet and a tad salty, first taste is good, subsequent taste is bleh..
The kopitiam
- severely lack of sitting arrangement
- avoid sitting near the tray return area as the staff treat it like some 11.11 sales, throwing the plates and cutleries into the bin, as if cny is happening the next second.
- the chicken rice stalls seems to have super long queue. And there will be inconsiderate customers who talk loudly while not wearing mask

Nothing to shout about. Better go elsewhere and have a nice peaceful relaxing meal.

Came to this Gim Huat Coffeeshop as there are two famous food stalls here - one of them is this Sin Ming Roti Prata. Though there is a queue, the wait wasn’t long. The speed at which they churn out the deliciously perfect prata is amazing. If you like small crispy bites, then you definitely have to try their coin prata. My favourite is usually the egg and plain prata, and theirs have that crisp on the outside and fluff on the inside. The punch is the fish curry sauce which is tangy and spicy. I like to get their fried fish to go with the seemingly simple but very satisfying prata.

Went around 8ish, didn’t have to queue long. There were many selections on the menu but we went with the kosong and egg prata, ordered an extra side of curry with chicken breast.
Totally get the hype - freshly made upon ordering, it was fluffy and crispy, not as oily as expected. The curry might be spicy for those who can’t take spicy food and the chicken breast was juicy and tender. If you need more curry, just walk over and request for a refill.

The BEST Coin Prata EVER
If I have to choose only ONE shop in Singapore where I will go to eat Prata it would be at Sin Ming Roti Prata.
It took about 10 minutes from the time we ordered, that they pulled and rolled and crafted the dough into fresh crispy, flaky coin shaped divine mouthfuls.
Although it tasted quite wonderful by itself, dipped into spicy but not too hot mutton or chicken curry was absolutely delicious
The mutton pieces were surprisingly super soft and there were lots of meat (both mutton and chicken ) on the two bowls that we ordered.
This place is an unmissable experience!!!

Long queue on a Saturday morning but moves fairly fast. Had a plaster prata and plain prata with chicken curry. The prata was alright and dough fried well. However, the curry was too salty. Overall not worth the wait.

Was having lunch at the same coffeeshop as this roti prata stall. Noticed that there many people ordering from this stall and decided to try their food since i am already here. Upon reaching, there was at least 7 people waiting patiently at the side for their food to be ready. Noticed many people order their coin prata and decided to follow suit. Paid SGD$4.50 for my meal, they do accept cashless payment here. Apart from the prata, they also sell other dishes like murtabark and biryani.
Food didn't take long to be ready. However, i was a little disappointed when I received my food as of the coin prata was burnt. Not only that, had to ask them before i was given a plate of curry.
Prata wasn't crispy as i thought it would be, in fact, it was quite doughy. Flavor wise, still acceptable. Understand that this is quite a famous stall, but the experience so far has been quite overrated.

I had to tabao as it was difficult to get a seat. Such is the popularity of this prata stall. This is what it looks like drenched in gravy ; the way I like it. I can’t comment on the crispiness of it. Gravy was too salty and sweet for my liking though.

Eating there is a better experience. Crispy prata but the curry is still salty/ sweet.
