One of the worst customer service ever, there is certainly a reason for their poor Google reviews. Placed my order online at 1150am for self collection, received an sms confirming that the pizza would be ready at 2.12pm. Perplexed at the long waiting time, I called the hotline at 12.15pm to check on the status of the order. A lady picked up and told me she would check back with the store and call me back. At 12.30pm, I received a call informing me that my pizza is ready for collection. However, when I went down, I was told that the pizza would only be ready at 2.12pm. Evident from the conversations between Jake from customer service and the people preparing the pizza, there is a severe miscommunication between them. Throughout my entire ordeal, there was no ounce of apology from the customer service for their atrocious screw up and no explanation was given for this horrendous situation. Honestly, you are definitely better off ordering from other pizza brands just two stores away. Would never patronise again.

Ordered when the est. delivery time is 45 mins as shown on the website. Hence, a reasonable delivery time of +/- 15 mins is deemed reasonable. However, the delivery time was +30mins and was only shown after payment.
I have called 4 times to the customer hotline at 6241 0241 and was either told my call will be transferred to the branch, but either the call ended with an automated response or was not able to even get through when I dial the branch number directly.
I was also told that I will receive a call from the branch but I have not received any calls for the past 50 min. This is absolutely horrendous and I will definitely not consider purchasing from Canadian Pizza again.
Compared to other delivery hotline this is by far the WORST service and standard every received. What the consumer needs is some form of assurance and response from the branch on why the delivery time is way longer than intended, and yet they were unable to fulfill a simple request such as this. Also, if the delivery time is way longer than the estimated delivery time, the consumer should be alerted before hand and also have the right to cancel the order and obtain a refund before the branch has processed the order. CASE Singapore should look into this matter.

Worst delivery service ever experienced. My order number TAM035925 was placed around 1140hrs and was informed that will be delivered at 1300hrs. Fine. At 1330hrs, called the call centre, I was told that the pizza will be delivered in 15-20min time due to some motorbike problem. At 1407hrs, called to cancel the order. I was told by the call centre guy that I have talk to the rider in order to cancel and refund. finally the order delivered at 1440hrs. when i asked the rider for lateness, he mentioned due to problem at kitchen. the mistake that I will never make again. Regret to place order with Canadian Pizza.

Ordered at 1811hrs. Order was stated to arrive by 1917. 1940 now. Order still nowhere to be seen and no call was made to say order would be late. Pui!

Placed my order at 10.40am and it was supposed to be for a delivery by 11.35am. I called in to push it back to 12noon. I ordered enough food for 13 people. Its way past at 12.20pm and nobody bothered to pick up the phone to even inform that they aren't coming.
I called the HQ hotline, which gave me another hapless reaction.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
