Nice quiet mall away from the main hustle bustle in Tanjong Pagar that houses mainly eateries, yoga movement Tanjong Pagar, an aerial yoga studio, some dental & medical services.
I like the tranquil settings, a place to sit for a coffee, tea break or longer. Personal favourites are Nick Vina Artisa
hopefully more exciting restaurant /shop will be opened here. now my favourite goes to Alice Bougalarie which served best croissant in town.
1) absolutely love their chilli dipping . It’s not on the spicy side but on the refreshing sour side .
2) soup was light but flavourful . Beef slices and balls were nice and overall it was really enjoyable that it’s tasty and not overly heavy.
3) wish they would put more sign at all entrance to ic

The place is very comfortable to stay near by pubic transport , restaurant , supermarket and hotel..
Is generally centralise location which you may pass by between the station and 100am. Does not look attractive as it may look like some condo, but there are some not bad shops at level 1.
Feels like an old school mall from 1980s North America. Good restaurants and shopping including gourmet groceries
Beautiful and well maintained!
