Terrible customer service. Average food. Visited this place twice, two different staff served me and both had the same bad attitude. Management should train staff on customer service.

Consistent Quality but poor service! This particular branch is not too crowded and is spacious compared to most branches. The food and drinks are of course consistent and is good for the price. I always find myself having kopi here after walking around Funan or when im craving for my favorite Cur
i went there 19 July 2022 around 07:45 pm.
the staff ( a guy) who serving food is quite unpatinet.
first i gentle remind him that i want kopi C and he yell at me and say that wait one second.
after that proceed for payment and i paid via pay wave. After i tap and pay then i bring my food and plan go
Drinks not very standardised- my kopi was quite thin todayđŸ˜” Still a nice place to sit and chat though!
Not happy with bread size and thickness. Getting thinner please rename to thin toast instead. Why reduce your quality??
Didn't know they serve Roti Prata. The prata was crunchy and nice but the chicken wing should have stayed in the microwave a little longer. But for a quick snack, it's all good.
Room for improvement. The lady at the cashier was impatient initially but subsequently she took the initiative to help me to use the $5 voucher by keying in the TB Gift nbr after failing to scan the QR code although had brightened up my mobile screen.
