I bought 2 deals from ShopBack which includes 6 pieces of chicken wings and a box of popcorn chicken. However, after eating it yesterday, I had very bad diarrhoea for 3 times this morning at different timings and I will never buy from there anymore. The chicken wings were left in the open air at rm temp on a rack uncovered. It was then heated up for less than 5 minutes and passed to me. I didn’t see where the staff got the popcorn chicken from. Probably on the same rack. Super disappointed. 👎🏻 It was the Clementi Mall outlet.

first time buying from pezzo clementi mall outlet. the indian guy with caterpillar eyebrow was very nice and patient. usually when i ask staff if the food is good they will just nod their head. but this guy was kind enough to share with me so i know what to expect with the garlic bread. was told to wait 10 mins so i went to the toilet and came back. i was standing near the shop and was watching tiktok. i was too invested in the tiktok itself i had forgotten about my garlic bread. the same guy came and personally gave it to me with BOTH hands!!! very polite, i work in service industry as well i know it is not his job to came out of the store to personally give it to me. he really went beyond his duties. his simple gesture made my day. thank you.

Bad experiences with Pezzo staffs at Clementi Mall, went twice but still didn't manage to redeem my vouchers bought through Shopee. First time went, the lady asked me to collect 25 mins later, when went back the lady changed shift and the guy was not informed about my order. Second time went at 745pm, they said no more stocks (because mine is Thin Crust Pan) but obviously the shop only closed at 10pm. Hope the service can be improved, to employ more committed staffs, albeit your pizza is delicious.

Ate this for this first time at cell group gathering on Friday evening. We packed back 2 pizza with combinations of 4 flavours. It was very spicy hot hae-bee hiam shrimp and chicken topping. The others were regular flavours. Our friends packed it from Clementi Mall.
The pizzas taste quite nice, soft thick crust. Will try again in future when we are tiong bahru mall which is near our home.

The staff here is kind and helpful, the food taste is pretty good and the price is quite ok for their food. However one complaint I might have is that the pizza here is often cold but it's great that they have the courtesy and are kind enough to reheat it for you. The service is quite good would come again

Ordered one slice of veggie pizza. Service was quick and good. Pizza was okay. Nothing spectacular. Good for a quick grab to bite if you are starving.
