Everyone (yes, tourists included) flocks to Tian Tian Chicken Rice when they’re at Maxwell Food Centre, but the ramen from Ramen Taisho will makes you ditch the chicken rice. They serve restaurant quality ramen at very affordable price. It is so good that I went back the next day. Definitely will come back for their ramen when I visit Singapore.

Very good Hakata Style Ramen, probably the best. He makes the broth by himself, you can choose the noodles hardness, very well done. Similar what you can have in Japan, I would say the best I ate out of Japan!! Congratulations!!

Best raman! Very creamy soup base. Should give it a try when you are at Maxwell food center. I recommend the black galic raman!

I just happen to walk around to find dinner and came across this interesting Ramen stall in a hawker centre. As I am a big fan of Ramen, I gave it a shot and not expecting much for a $7.80 Shoyu Tonkotsu Ramen. The Tonkotsu soup broth blew my mind that I finished up every single drop of it and the noodles is just the right texture! The egg is nice but the yolk is a bit cooked. Overall I love it and will come back again

Many delicious. So much flavour. Great soup. I could go on but be easier if you just get a bowl.

Unbelievably good. I think the best ramen I have ever had. And I consider myself an expert, having spent 18 months living in Tokyo, and subsequently (including return trips to Japan) dedicated to the quest of the perfect bowl. Make sure you swing by if in Singapore. In fact, make the trip over just to come here!

Had it at Maxwell and really tasted good. Had the garlic chilli ramen and very good choice. Portion can be a bit small for those slightly bigger eater. Googled it and read some reviews here, and that they are moving....????

Had their Black Garlic Ramen @ LeQuest. Surprisingly good ramen in such a hidden spot. The star is undoubtedly the soup base - thick and savory without being too oily. The noodles were firm and had bite. Chashu was small but tasty. Ajitama was well seasoned and soft in centre. I like their extras - free flow of barley tea and bean sprouts and even wet wipes.

tried the black garlic ramen yesterday and it was really good! the price was super affordable even the upsized one was below $10. could ask for extra noodles without additional charge as well found the gyozas to be very average probably won’t order again but would come back for the ramen again

Highly recommend the gyokai ramen which has seafood stock - very unique and fragrant flavour. Not very impressed with the top seller chilli ramen (spice level is moderate for Singaporeans even though it is rated “3 chilli” level). Shop is located at the quieter corner of lequest just next to the construction site. Sufficient seats even during weekend lunch

Superb soup base with in house made ramen. Perfect combination. Tasty and satisfying meal for everyone. Nice ambience and clean environment. Bosses are very friendly. A must go to place for ramen lovers.

Frills free ramen located in Le Quest - Shoyu ramen is a bit on the salty side. Soup is thick. Worth a try

A great place in the neighbourhood to satisfy your ramen craving! The shio ramen's broth is flavourful and even comes with half egg. Very affordable and value for money.

I've eaten at restaurants with quality nowhere near as good as Ramen Taisho. Strongly recommend the DX shio ramen. So rich and satisfying with the 3 types of meat, flavorful broth, al dente ramen noodles. Thank you for such a great meal!
