This outlet, their fries here tastes extremely bad. As I frequent this outlet (due to convenience), I've overheard many customers complaining of their fries standard already. Today I overheard another customer complaining to the staff, "Can I get some salt? The fries is quite bad.". Upon reaching home and trying the fries myself, indeed, no surprises, the fries tasted bad as usual. The truth is, I don't think lack of salt is the issue. Their fries is cold, texture is wrong, tasteless, taste very stale and everything is just bad compared to the fries you get at any other outlets. Have wrote in before to feedback on their fries standard some time ago, but did not hear back. I hope they do something about it. As customers of McDonald's, we take our FRENCH FRIES very seriously. HEHE.

The service level has dropped tremendously of late. For both times I had to wait more than 15 mins for my order. Worse is I had to point to the server my order as it was already lying ready for collections mins ago. Restaurant manager should do a better job to train the servers.

What is wrong with this branch? Mobile order consecutive days. Yesterday both my shaker fries did not have any shaker or bag. So upset so we ordered again but today best. 3 bags 1 shaker. What a joke.

I really love mcdonald breakfast. Different outlet/location has different services. This mcdonald has good staff member and team work.. Only bad thing is. The waiting area is rather cramped , as the weather is humid everyone will choose to wait inside and it make things very messy

I've a very bad experience from their store delivery, 2 orders that happen when the rider place my order outside my hse and the drinks was left on my shoe rack. I've never request for contactless delivery, and when I called the store the manager gave us a stupidest reason, of saying that they have many riders to entertain when I ask if they got inform the rider it's not a contactless delivery!! She answered me this. And she even say it's pointless telling her our concerns, so is this the manager that is running the store when customers can't give feedback or anything?! It's really stupid, and I really recommend u guys not to order from there. Rude customer service from manager!!

It's was a nice good outlet ,the staff are so friendly the food also was been fast serve no need to wait more then 5 minutes Hope and recommend those are really like to come here Thank you

Dined in in a Saturday morning. Super diluted milo and tasted awful. Ordered for table service and the staff seems to be unhappy. Just slam the tray of food on the table. Lucky the drinks did not spill. Food is usual McDonald's standard except for the milo which i drank only 2 mouths. Once before stirring, 2nd time after using the knife to stir.

Terrible customer service!! Waited for 10mins and even though I was first in the queue, the counter crew choose to serve another customer whom just came in. This happens on 10 Aug between 7.30 to 7.45pm.Hello!! Am I transparent?

One of the staff is a auntie as she is not nice to me as I Refilled Water and she say scared will dirty the machine or so and never refilled the water full and she is rude to me. I am a customer but How can she treat me like this? This is not right.

Hi, I ordered 2 meals - Sausage Mcmuffin with egg and a deluxe breakfast take away from hougang outlet. the outlet appeared to be busy at the time. orders were disorganized, and mixed up upon receiving the food over the counter, luckily i checked briefly as the paper bag looks empty, condiments were missing, fork/knife set was not in, pancake sauce and butter were not in as well, and there were no napkins included i requested from counter staff, the gladly reimbursed me the missing items after bringing to office, when i opened up the deluxe breakfast box, felt something was not right, i went online to look for graphical representation and compare the items, to my disappointment. i realised that the muffins were not included. it only consist of 2 hotcakes, the egg and the sausage patty. 2 pieces of muffins were missing in action. such mistake should not be seen in a organization like MCD. due to the inefficiency of service, Mcd had short changed me.

Dear Mc in sg hougang ave 8 branch , can you train the old auntie be a nice staff , oh my goodness she bang the chair in front of me when she wanted to clean the table next to me and she just took away the left over food didn't ask for permission of next table .I was really shock, luckly I m a very tolerance and understanding person. In the service industry , MC u r really a looser in sg if keep on maintaining poor servicing.

To Ops Manager: This is my 3rd time with condiments missing for my takeaway order* No butter no spoon for the corn cup. The experience was worsen with cold fries which I tasted within 15min at home at Hg. Pls do something on the accuracy of takeaways. This should be a consistent practice! Disappointed again. 1 star (no choice).

This is very bad!! I had a missing order of my orange juice from Happy Meal set. Ordered it at 10pm. Worse, i have been ordering Happy Meal ever since Minion toy is out last week to be delivered and i always had the toy. The duty manager spoke to me say when delivering, normal toy will be given- this is totally rubbish. If you told me stocks run out. Im fine but do not give me such bullshit saying sorry, delivery no minion toy it is always done this way. I need an explaination.

I was in q to place my takeaway order when the staff, after having served the male customer in front of me, decided to serve another customer who had joined another q in front of another counter. I told the staff that it should be my turn as I had queued right behind the man before. The staff, instead of apologising or acknowledging what I had said, ignored me. I went ahead to place my order of a Thai Milk Tea ice cream cone and a small fries to be taken away. He took my order and I paid up. Then I stood aside to wait for my order. Next thing he did was to shove me a Vanilla ice cream. I refused to take it as I did NOT order it. Then he stared at me in irritation and asked WHAT EXACTLY IT WAS I WANTED - the Vanilla ice cream cone or refund. I demanded to speak with the manager who then came out to find out what was happening. I explained to him what had happened from the start and he apologised on that chap’s behaviour. Then he told me that this outlet does not sell the Thai Milk Tea ice cream. I told him I was fine with that FOR AS LONG AS I HAD BEEN TOLD AT THE POINT WHEN I WAS PLACING MY ORDER instead of being compelled to take something else. The manager was apologetic the entire time while the young staff stomped off to complain to his colleagues about me... I demanded for a refund and walked out of the outlet. McDonald’s, if your young staff can’t manage stress and doesn’t have manners, please avail their position to someone else who needs the job.
