The service level has dropped tremendously of late. For both times I had to wait more than 15 mins for my order. Worse is I had to point to the server my order as it was already lying ready for collections mins ago. Restaurant manager should do a better job to train the servers.
What is wrong with this branch? Mobile order consecutive days. Yesterday both my shaker fries did not have any shaker or bag.
So upset so we ordered again but today best. 3 bags 1 shaker. What a joke.

Different outlet/location has different services. This mcdonald has good staff member and team work..
