Love the service at 128 Durian. And thanks to the recent over-abundance, I got to taste MSW, WZW and even Black Gold, all from 128 Durian!
Had my first experience with them at their Upper Thomson outlet and I have to say that their engagement and service was top notch. Explained and shared with me about durians while waiting for my order to be packed. Even told me to highlight poor ones with them, so that they can do a one to one change for me.
Of course I know that durians being natural fruit, they do their best to select the best. Even if it does not meet our expectations, they will be willing to try to make it a great experience for me.
Overall, I am loving my engagement from 128 Durian. Collected my 6kg of black gold from their Ang Mo Kio store yesterday and finished every single one today. LOL.
I guess I really need some cooling tea now. Over-dose of lovely durians.
Oh! Durian wise, I think MSW is good enough. Maybe because I am not a durian connoisseur. Haha... but glad to be able to enjoy the variety at reasonable prices.
Lastly, I want to add that I love their sealing up of the boxes in a plastic bag. It helps keep the fridge durian-smell-free. :)
Worth every cent of it! Keep up the good work and the service. Some may think you are expensive but I certainly feel that it was a worth the price I paid.
Started ordering with 128 Durian last week from Friend’s recommendations. So far ordered 4 times (3 delivery and 1 pick up from shop). Service is great and staff are friendly. Durian are consistent and I find them very honest. Thumbs Up !
Called the Thomson branch this afternoon and orders were received promptly with delivery on the same day at night. Durian were nicely sealed and packed. The moment you open up, you can smell the durian frangrance. The durians were bitter and juicy just as I requested. Definitely worth the money because its really very yummy. Delivery right to your doorstep. Definitely gonna get it again. Well done Thomson branch!!
Quality of durian is consistently good, very honest and reliable sellers. Impressed by their takeaway packaging, super air-tight and literally odourless in the car. Sincere and good service provided no matter how busy they can get, or even when it’s overcrowded. Highly recommended to all durian lovers out there, if you are looking for quality and affordable price, 128 Durian is where you can settle your cravings with reasonable spending. Thumbs up for this place!
Super shiok WZW! Creamy, bitter-sweet with a tinge of alcoholic taste, and the price is very reasonable! First time buying fr 128 Durian coz of the promo of buy 5kg free 1kg at $90 with free delivery. Super worth it and will be a returning customer! :)
Excellent place! Bosses are honest and friendly; durian is of good quality! Service top notch! Highly recommended for amateur who are looking for quality durians!

We requested for sweet MSW durian. Seller opened a few and asked us to taste the durian before asking us to buy the ones which we like it. Seller was very friendly and advised us on which durian flavour to choose from. Durian was delicious and affordable. We asked if they provided water and they said no. But upon our request, seller took initiative to buy drink for us. Highly recommended.
Fantastic service recovery. Gave my feedback for some of the "not so good" durians, owner Ricky came down personally to my house to check and gave a refund. Thank you! We will be back again.
Ordered 5kg of MSW today and went to self collect at Thomson.
Wow! The durians are really fantastic, full of creamy bitter sweet taste and the seeds are small.

Best durians i ever had in my life. Black gold was bitter max! Love the quiet ambience as well, not as noisy as other places and ample waiting area outside the shop. Will definitely come back soon even though we stay in the west.
I like this place, lots of different shapes and taste to choose from. The place is big and people are enjoying their durian in the shop round the table.
