Drink wasn't as cold as I liked (or am used to), and the balls were more mushy and stuck to each other than what I remember. Positive is not long queue or wait, and I can pay by GrabPay, cashless and collect points. Cheap options if you get Earl Grey milk tea.
Ordered twice from this place via grab and both times our order got messed up. 1st time there was no white pearls in our drink while we were charged for both. Got refunded for one cup but not the other. 2nd time we ordered it, even called before hand to confirm if there are white pearls available at
The outlet manager chao min attitude very bad, she was playing her phone. Did not greet customer and acted like I owed her something. Will not go back again.
Usually LiHo tea are quite good. However I got 2 Earl Grey Milk 50% sugar and No ice from centrepoint branch on 19 March about 930pm. It's so diluted and no earl Grey tea taste at all. Seems like the staff make 2 cups of tea for the ingredients of 1 cup. Very strange.
The supervisor-Yuki and the team leader-Annie attitude are very bad as usual! Especially Annie always talking to the customer in the rude& bad attitude! Definitely will not go back again!
