Liho Tea - Singapore - Photo album

One of the worst liho branch out there. Waited for so long because they are understaffed. I ordered one with 100% sugar but they gave me 0% sugar. I think they made a wrong order and wanted to change it by opening the plastic lid but decided to just go for it and give me the wrong one and use anothe
I ordered honey green tea with brown sugar pearls. The pearls' core was hard.
Waited for 16 mins just to get served. Have like one person in front of me and a couple who just ordered. The staff was taking own sweet time lol. And pearls are uncooked and yay, I get to exercise my teeth to chew on the stones:) Liho could be ok for other branches but definitely not this branch
Cheese latte has a strange aftertaste. Jing syuan tea is light and refreshing but what a huge waste of plastics with the one-size fits all straw - I'm thinking of reusing these cups by taking them back. They could bank it on it, they are very thick and durable! Go green!
Came here to try the secret liho code(I want rainbows in my drink) Was not disappointed.
Staff very nice , I order brown sugar pearl fresh milk avocado, then I tell the staff I don't want too much sweet. She recommended me don't put sugar , bcoz normally brown sugar pearl already sweet. Thank for her recommend me . Taste is good . I will buy again
Service is sufficiently quick, and shop front is very visibly located on the ground floor near to Koufu coffee shop. It's not the only option around here, and definitely not the cheapest. So it really depends on what you're looking for in your bubble tea.
Order taking can be improved. I remembered saying the drink with pearls but the staff got it all wrong. However, service recovery is good.
