Nex @Serangoon Interchange is a Big Mall. It may not count amongst the biggest in Singapore, still its a very big mall. It's well connected by MRT to the North East Line and Circle line. Its also connected to the Serangoon Bus Interchange. While I was at the mall today it was not crowded, however I must mention that this mall gets very crowded during peak hours. Atm machines from a couple of banks can be found here. The mall has 2 Supermarket's in Cold Storage and FairPrice Xtra. Oh and before I forget, ISETAN is here too. Several retailers have set up shop here. Dining options are plenty and you will most certainly find something to eat. The mall operates between 10:30am and 10:30pm everyday.

Huge mall with many retailers. Absolutely awesome mall which is spacious in the layout. Great everyday mall to visit. Loving the Christmas vibes and atmosphere in the mall in 2021. Most of the shops are open till 10pm+. Do note that the mall now only has specific entry point for Trace Together entry.

The mall is not the biggest but still there are a nice variety of eateries and other shops. However, the floor layout is rather strange and it's difficult to see the shop names wherever you are!

The mega mall has a good mix of retail and eatery. Only thing is that access from the car park to the mall is not the most efficient way to manage safe entry. The car park traffic often ends up in a deadlock, so it is best to arrive early to get a parking lot.

Monsieur Snow

Large mall with many food and many other stores. There's a library at the rooftop, and also a place for pets to hang out. Lift is pet friendly as well. Directly connected to Serangoon MRT and Bus Interchange, making this place a super convenient place to shop, hang out and catch up!

Large shopping mall with lots of food outlets and it is conveniently located near Serangoon mrt station.

A staff there was very rude. The staff came to me when i threw a used cotton wool into a sponge box because inside the box has another used cotton wool. Instead of telling me politely, she asked me "Does this box look like a trash bin to you ?"

First experience at a Benefit Brow Bar and I was 20 minutes late for my wax and tint appointment! Not a good first impression to make! Desiree was so lovely and instantly made me feel relaxed. She was super efficient, super friendly and I love my eyebrows! Will definitely be going back! Xxx

I got the best service I have ever experienced at nex on Wed. I was lucky enough to be served by their make up artist Simeon Chu who was amazing!!! I asked about foundation color but I wasn't convinced by the colour he chose for me...anyway I told him I would only buy if I could try and he let me. He even recommended a moisturiser, primer, loose powder, and a cleanser for my dry skin. He took time so help me when I was clueless and in the end I bought all the products he recommended!! He was incredibly knowledgeable and more importantly kind. He explained how all the products worked and why they were necessary. He addressed all my concerns and it was the first time I've ever purchased makeup and left the store feeling good about it (even tho we spent like 300 bucks!) Without his help i would have bought nothing! Anyway...He was the only one in the store that was smiling and friendly and I think he is amazing. Sephora Nex you have a diamond in Simeon Chu. I will recommend everyone I know to shop at Nex with Simeon. I'll be back for more too. Thanks Simeon!!!

Disappointed in the service. 1. Staff were congregated and talking loudly. 2. When I wanted to enquire about purchasing a lip liner to match my lipstick (Sephora lipstick R23) Staff A just casually introduced me Urban Decay (Venom) although the lipliner was too dark! 3. Found another lip liner Urban Decay (Jilted) and Staff B gave me an EXPIRED (11/15) one. Only realized when I reached home. 4. Cashier A was doing closing and she asked me bluntly "How are you going to pay?" Is this how you train staff in customer svc? Now I have to go back and exchange my expired lip liner, on top of the horrible service and experience at NEX outlet. Please do something about it.

Sephora Nex Outlet Norliza: Being a guy who is very passionate about make up and skincare, I would've expected heads turning when I walk in to look at the gorgeously laid out products on the shelves at SEPHORA NEX OUTLET. I cannot deny, I felt intimidated and awkward when I stepped in especially with a face fully beat and fleek for the gods. I needed help but I didn't know who to ask. So a gorgeous lady in hijab (her make up is � gorgeous, of course duh!) from the cashier counter came out at me to help me. I initially avoided eye contact with her because I was too embarrassed. But she was so friendly and her product knowledge is definitely A+. She quickly made me so comfortable to walk normally and helped me with my skincare and make up concerns. All my queries were answered and she is very polite and did I say her product knowledge is A+?! She is so enthusiastic and passionate about her work which made me trust her and all the products she recommended me (which definitely worked so good for me). So kudos to Sephora NEX for having an employee like Norliza. She deserves an commendation award or something. Whenever I go to Sephora Nex, I will always look for Norliza. Please pass this message to her. Xoxo
