Before the lockdown, the staff (1-3pax depending on crowd) at this outlet are younger and definitely more familiar with the drink preparation. They are youthful, energetic and it is effortless for them to concot the drinks quickly.
When this outlet reopened after a ban on bubble tea sale in Singapore, there was a change in the persons manning this outlet. From their lack of familiarity of their products and using their POS to their speed of preparing my order at off peak time, it is apparent that both are new hires.
It would be much wiser if the supervisor can deploy a mix team. Benefits include shortening the time from order to collection to minimize crowding during peak periods, and allow organic mentoring of the new hire by more experienced staff.
Looking forward to a return of service level standards before Covid-19 soon.

Ordered Oat Milk Avocado (30% sugar) and the drink tasted horrible like water. Could barely finish half a cup.. the drink lid was not sealed tight and causing some spills at the sides. The avocado also doesnt seem fresh and spotted some black bits floating in the drink.

Before she came this outlet was terrible. Always wrong orders, long waiting, staffs always disoriented and unorganised.
Hope the company will recognize and reward when credit is due.

I ordered a grab delivery from them. The straw was horrible. I haven't even poke the straw in and was just pressing it, it was breaking up with plastic sound. There were cuts on the straw when i pressed on it, very dangerous. When I try to poke it, the straw came apart.
Someone could have poke it in and the straw bits maybe have broke causing people to drink in the plastic bits.

4-Feb 2010hrs staff was seen chatting with customer who did not wear mask, with no effort made to inform the customer. Customer was wearing white t-shirt, no glasses. Company should take note of staff training

Order two cups from Grabfood on 28 june Sunday at 13.57Pm..but they never give straws ..i call LiHo at Rivervalee Mall.. the staff said GrabFood has taken the straws. instead of blaming the Grab Food why dont they deliver the straw they call back said need to wait 30-40 minutes while my house actualy just few block from the shop..1543PM Still the Straw haven Came. Very dissapointed😡

The staff at liho was very informative his name was zihao, if i’m not mistaken he helped me on deciding what drink i wanted to buy he gave me recommendations on different drinks i asked for fruit tea drinks and he recommendated a bunch of drinks so ended up getting calpis mango it was very nice! kudos to the other staff they made the drinks very fast
