Before the lockdown, the staff (1-3pax depending on crowd) at this outlet are younger and definitely more familiar with the drink preparation. They are youthful, energetic and it is effortless for them to concot the drinks quickly.
When this outlet reopened after a ban on bubble tea sale in Singapo
Ordered Oat Milk Avocado (30% sugar) and the drink tasted horrible like water. Could barely finish half a cup.. the drink lid was not sealed tight and causing some spills at the sides. The avocado also doesnt seem fresh and spotted some black bits floating in the drink.

Before she came this outlet was terrible. Always wrong orders, long waiting, staffs always disoriented and unorganised.
Hope the company will recognize and reward when credit is due.

I ordered a grab delivery from them. The straw was horrible. I haven't even poke the straw in and was just pressing it, it was breaking up with plastic sound. There were cuts on the straw when i pressed on it, very dangerous. When I try to poke it, the straw came apart.

The staff at liho was very informative his name was zihao, if i’m not mistaken he helped me on deciding what drink i wanted to buy he gave me recommendations on different drinks i asked for fruit tea drinks and he recommendated a bunch of drinks so ended up getting calpis mango it was very nice! ku
