Sub-standard food, poor customer service and even worse post-service recovery. Please do not even think about stepping in for your dining options. I ordered one of the vegetable soup based ramen and it did not meet my expectations. I asked for a change of soup and I was bluntly rejected. Not wantin

Service at the bugis junction branch was horrible! This is this guy whom I think is the manager or something. He seriously looks like ppl own him tons of money. Showing a black face constantly! Extremely unprofessional!

It was generally lovely, although I did feel the food was slightly under seasoned. I mentioned it to the staff and they were greatful for the feedback.

ordered take away and never give chpsticks and all staff lousy lazy and arrogant.

If you like meat Japanese style, this is a great eat out place.
