Seriously.. the staff here really cannot handle peak hour crowd. Queue management was disastrous, the kitchen service sluggish and slow. Please do something about it. Customer satisfaction is really Low. Chicken has a funky Color and smell. It’s really not fresh. Worst KFC experience ever.

On 15th Aug 2021, Sunday at around 9.00pm. My Kids wanted KFC, I placed my order using the KFC app. Ordered the new 5pcs Cereal Crispy Chicken me
The size of the chicken has downgraded to typical under the block western food stall style chicken sizing
It used to be two times bigger but now it's just so depressing that you might be Fuller just by eating the chicken from the western food stall under your block
Staff were taking their sweet time while the queue kept getting longer. Waited 1hr for my meal. KFC please retrain your staff, they don't appear to have any sense of urgency.
Bad hygiene. Eating halfway and saw this cockroach crossing the table. Staff seemed indifferent when notified, as if it happens normally.

Either the staff are not trained or the restaurant is under employed, an order can take more than 30mins, it is no more fastfood but slowfood.
Wow! I am genuinely surprised by the service I've received. Before getting your food, you would have already lost your appetite to eat.
