Simply love the variety of options for drinking at the hawker centre itself, taking away and even their packaged products. Prices are higher than heartland kopitiam but quality is definitely better! Can’t be drinking St*rb*cld and Cafe coffees all the time cos of the higher prices there but Coffee Break’s price points are very reasonable. No brand is perfect, be kind when writing reviews people.

Use more graded arabical coffee beans . Not as wholesome as traditional local coffee . Price at 30% more than average hawker store . Beans are probably roasted to 2 instead of traditional dark roast of 4-5 . It's has a hint of acidic favour . The thing I could not get it is the fact that they advertise as traditional coffee store yet go for the cafe style coffee and concepts. Other than the ordering namesake, nothing shout out traditional coffee.

saw the long lunchtime queue, the menu looked extensive and interesting so decided to give it a try. got a iced hazelnut latte ($4.50) it tasted exactly like regular iced coffee that you would get from any local coffee shop. could not taste the hazelnut, or the espresso. Worth about $2, instead of the $4.50 I paid

Great to see young people at the helm of this shop. Not easy to keep a hawker stall going and even harder to attract youngsters to the trade. Really enjoy the loud chaos at this shop with the staff shouting orders it really is a good break from the quiet boring office environment.

The packaging, toast, and kopi all feel and taste modern, which is not a bad thing but not what I'm going for at a hawker in the first place. It has a much longer queue than at most other kopitiams though, all are for to-go.

At 2nd level of Amoy Food Centre. TIME FOR ONE … COFFEE BREAK. Hats off to the young entrepreneurs taking their heritage further. They serve their own blend of coffee. Prices for the traditional kopi n teh (coffee n tea) are higher than your heartland coffee shops but cheaper than Toast Box, Yakun, Killiney type coffee shops. Prices were ok with me and I wasn’t disappointed with my teh C. I was told their popular drink is their Sea Salt Caramel Latte $4. Will be back to try that. Do note the Amoy food centre will be closed for “repair and redecoration” 11Oct21 to 10Jan22. 😻 #thingsilike #placesilike #coffeebreak

I like the fact that they try their best to serve the drinks quickly. Sometimes their voices might be abit loud but that's just to get the attention of most of theirs customers who are on their phones while waiting for their drinks. A bit of patience with these young hawkers could go a long way. They need to endure hours on end of standing on their feet and it is no mean feat to maintain a cheery disposition throughout their shifts. BE KIND TO HAWKERS.

1st cup of normal coffee I bought at 10:30am tasted fantastic and so eager to come back again. Yesterday tried 2nd cup at 1:45pm, very sad because it tasted like ordinary coffee you can buy from other shops and is waterly not thick. Will try again 3rd cup for confirmation.

Just had a cup of Yuan Yuang and it was excellent. The rum and raisin bread toast was worth the calories : ) Had a short chat with the nice owner James and glad to know they are expanding.

Tried their signature Sea salt caramel latte and the taste was bang on! Perfect sweetness with a hint of salty caramel taste. If I'm in the area I will definitely go back :)

Really enjoyed the traditional coffee and their toast!!! Wide variety of choices for their latte, chocolate and mocha. Will be back for more!

A hidden gem of a break (pun intended) from the cookie-cutter cafes out there. <3

Best salted caramel kopi in town. Probably the only earl grey waffle in Singapore!

Smoothest teh-C I've ever tasted. One of the best perk-me-up us office workers could ever ask for <3

Simplicity at its best... Well, they make it look simple, sea salt caramel is nice; wasn't too sweet, while the cinnamon sugar toasts were devilicious.

Best kopi C i had in SGP !

Slowest coffee ever at #sgheritagefest, waited half an hour for just 10 people in front of me. And the teh is tasteless.

BEST. KOPI. EVER. went there more than 5 times to try all their latte flavours which were damn good. Would go there again to try more of their toasts next time.
