Ordered Zingger burger, item received was smash sideways, funny looking, more like subway sandwich, buns were aircond chilled as well.

Store hygiene was not optimal. Tables were not clean and there were flies hovering around.
Good cosy n good, but the old lady that serve not so well you have to speak louder and clear...i order original 3 pieces she gave me crispy..luckyly i check before eating😂😂
Order online and pre order at 8pm yet they didn't prepare by 8pm. Purposely let us wait to finish all the original then they want to release crispy. Bad experience.
every single time i order food for take away or even delivery, something never fails to go missing! legit, every single time, once was my cheese fries, then my drink, another time it was a burger! i don't understand this place at all. and the worst part is that we only realise this when we get home
Poor crowd control and rude staff.
Asked us to exit the queue because they are serving too slow.
Then when they are ready to take order, they don't even note the sequence of queue. Missed 6 queue and had to wait extra 30 min
The Mala chicken was too oily, took me 3 tissue papers to dry off all the visible oil on the skin, only too have more chili oil run down my face biting it. Tastes really good though 5/5
