First time I had my lunch in Nakhon Kitchen. Their Thai food is very authenticate. A “must visit” restaurant, my friends keep recommending me and finally I got a chance to visit. You will see this restaurant always crowded with the people queueing.

First glance at the menu.... seriously ? So cheap ? $4, $6.... is it because of this that’s why it’s always long queue ?
Well today we happened to pass by at 530pm, we tot, why not. Went in & tried a few dishes. Impressive ! At this price point, the quality is really good. Servings can be small but you can’t really complain for the price you pay. Oh yes, the waiters are extremely polite & fast !!
Will definitely be back. But avoiding the peak hours of course.

First, have to wait for the staff to finish smoking to take our order before we can enter the restaurant. There are empty seats and clean tables available. Not a good experience on the wait. Ordered Basil Pork with rice, thai style fried bee hoon. The rice is too dry and hard, not fragrant at all. There is nothing thai style about the bee hoon. Not spicy, not sour, no thai taste and yet cost $6. Why thai style hor fun is cheaper at $4? $6 for bee hoon with 2 pieces prawn and 2 pieces squid.

Lovely authentic Thai cuisine that leaves a tingling feeling on your tongue AND without burning a hole in your wallet/ pocket.
Ambience is nice and social distancing is well maintained and observed by all. 👍

Food & service are amazing. Spacious dining area & definitely affordable. Though be prepared that you need to queue for quite a bit as the place is always busy, but it is worth the wait. We ordered deep fried pork with garlic, stir fried kang kong in Thai Style (spicy), tomyum seafood soup (sour, not spicy), claypot vermicelli with prawns (very generous, serve with 5 big prawns) and onion omelette.

Affordable, great Thai food. Fast and friendly service. The tom yum was spicy, fragrant and had a chockful of seafood.
Stuffed chicken wings was quite good. The serving of beef noodle was pretty big too. Papaya salad was a bit small for the price. The red ruby dessert was just okay.
Overall the best option for Thai cuisine in the vicinity when the craving hits.

Great service and the food is priced very reasonably. Vermicelli was very good. But egg was average and Tom gum clear soup is more sour than hot. The service of is quite good though. Esp the Chinese server who always cracks jokes.
