Quite a below average experience.
Food was so so, the pizza fasted like flour. Nothing great about the Hawaiian. Prawn aglio olio standard had dropped over the years.
No menu no issue, but they expected the customer to head over to the cashier to get the order list. It’s a very out of the normal service style as most of the customer had this issue of “where’s the menu”

Sent a feedback form on Mid February and still nothing returned from Pastamania. Truly the worst customer service and low tier pastas for a ‘restaurant’ named Pastamania.
I ordered the basil chicken Aglio olio and Thai red curry seafood. It was such a bad experience eating it. The Thai basil didn’t taste like anything. I was already famished and had to wait for about 15 minutes for the food. Granted, it was a PH and there was a lack of staff. I wouldn’t think the taste of my food would be compromised as well. There was no taste or spice to my aglio olio & i had to put multiple extra things like cheese and chilli flakes. The noodles were dry, the chicken basil felt like it was just added on as the last thing, with no regard for the taste of enjoying the dish as a whole. For the Thai red seafood, it was the most expensive out of the pastas here and yet they only gave 2 pieces of prawns & 3 squid pieces. The prawn aglio gives more prawn rather than this dish which costs more. And the ratios are all off. The spaghetti was too much but the ingredients are so little. Please ask them to better their food quality. It truly was a bad experience for someone who was waiting to be served a hearty and delicious meal. Honestly, my past experiences with Pastamania weren’t that fantastic either, but this by far, have been the worst.
You can see from the image how much food was wasted and i’m that kind of person that wouldn’t enjoy wasting food.

It’s your regular run of the mill pasta place. Food was good and average prices. Good as a pit spot as it wasn’t busy and we were able to get a table.

When we first came in, we werent told about how the restaurant works. We waited for almost 15 minutes before we could get a waiter to us. The waiter told us we had to order at the cashier and there were no menus. So thats a minus for me.
The prices are reasonable, big filling portions for this prices, which is good.
The food, can be better as the spagetti came in a bit wet. Overall, we had a filling meal and was satisfied by the food.
However, we do think that the service could be better as the service crew could inform the new customers regarding how the orders are made.
Food: 8/10
Service: 5/10
Price: 9/10

Food was served surprisingly fast. Quality was decent. They should offer more variety in pasta flavours.

Not too crowded but not sure what the cashier doing and it’s not the first time. Once they take the order of the front customer, they will keep pressing on their iPad. Have to wait 10 mins for them to serve me. And guess what after she finished keying, the cashier went off to do other things. 🙄 @harbourfront outlet.

Entered the restaurant in a Low traffic hour during weekday but the cashier was busy key in orders rather than serving. After standing 3 minutes in front of him seeing him busy with orders, I decided to leave and write this review.

When we just came, the waiter asked us to sit and said that he will come to take the order so we found an empty table and sat. We waited around 15 min for the waiter to take our order but nobody came...
After a while, another waiter who was passing our table asked us if we have ordered. When we ask for the menu he said that we have to order from the counter.
They should have told us in the beginning to order from the counter...
The seafood pasta is just simple. Could be improved by using some spices to give taste. The mushroom soup and garlic bread was nice.
