Convenient location at the basement of Ocean Financial Center. Promotion for banh mi (Vietnamese french loaf with meat fillings) and coffee for $5 from 230pm to late noon, I guess this is probably their version of a 'happy hour'. Free flow of freshly cut limes to go with noodle soup dishes. Repeat customer.

I ordered the Banh Mi set for $5 as advertised on the poster they put in front of the restaurant. The poster showed a full-size banh mi and a cup of coffee served in a glass cup. The banh mi that I got was only a third of a full-size banh mi, and it didn't taste great, the bread was a little soggy. The poster was super misleading. The coffee came in a disposable cup, although I consumed my purchase in the restaurant. I noticed that everything here is served in single-use/ disposable products and utensils. I'm very concerned about the amount of waste generated by the restaurant. I wrote to them via their website. If you care, please do so too to add pressure to the company.

Ordered the pho with assorted pork in spicy soup. I enjoyed it, not salty and not too spicy. Price is kinda on the high end. I'll still go back.
