Boat Noodle Express - Singapore - Photo album

The auntie manning this outlet is very friendly. Sadly, the food is a disappointment. Broth is ehhh. 80% is noodles (large quantity) 10% is soup (not that flavourful tbh) 10% is beef meatball and random bits of meat Spiciness is decent. Tom yam doesn’t taste like tom yam sadly. Spring rolls are
Ordered their special beef noodles soup. It’s soooo good!! Soup is so flavourful!
Don't order dry noodles as their standard has dropped alot, bland taste, overpriced and little meat given. Theres no aircon if you are planning to dine in, prepare to sweat alot. I abandoned my barely half eaten noodles and left immediately.
Nice Tom yum noodles with pork .soup base is quite close to the taste of boat noodle vendors in the victory monument area in Bangkok. Add some chili powder to the springy noodles for a bit of spiciness .the deep fried chicken were average.
I enjoyed the Beef Soup Noodle (#4) here very much. Kway teow was nicely cooked and springy. Broth was flavourful, had garlic oil in it, and there was a slight acidity which delightfully cut through the richness of the broth. Noodles very generously and vibrantly topped with fresh kangkong & parsley
Not sure why the low ratings but the noodles tasted real authentic, price is really okay as well. Staff were friendly. Highly recommended!
Both tom yam soup and pork soup were extremely bland. Thai milk tea also not recommended. Am disappointed as a first time customer.
Noodles have good texture, flavourful soup, sour and spicy taste, very enticing. Good meal. Thai milk tea not overly sweet
