It's KFC, but something is wrong here. No ticket after paying, no happy workers, some wroken things, a little dirty. The food does not feel tasty.

Pocket was niceee the best as always! Disappointing thing is...fast food doesn't seem to be fast.....I'm not sure if they are really short-handed or what. The queue took forever. This KFC is a long-time establishment in Heartland Mall. I used to frequent here as a teenager with my friends and it's good to see that the staff are still friendly. This KFC primarily hires elderly and hard-working disabled persons, but they are highly amicable and always trying their best.
