The service is so slow that i needed to wait so long for my food! When i asked for it, they looked confuses of my orders. The staff not appealing and it makes me lost my appetite given the ambiance is good. Moreover, they seem so bewildered of what they are doing. Am the customer and i knew the food very well, should it be this way? Am very disappointed.
The food is overpriced and portion is so small.

Food is delicious. Service was largely absent. It took 5 mins to get a server's attention each time we wanted to order, get the bill etc. It wasn't busy... staff should be more attentive and proactive.

Horrible service! They forgot a dish, it took 15 minutes to give us an extra set of cutlery, we had to get our own drinks from the counter since nobody was serving them, etc. And since the food is disappointing as well, there is no good reason to go to this restaurant.

Great food served here. Unfortunately my review rating is not 5 due to the lack of attentiveness and slow customer service at the outdoor seating area. Not on one occasion but four times on Sundays.

Service - if you manage to get the attention of their wait staff - is poor. Staff seem inexperienced and lacked training. While the food is ok, the overall experience is appalling for a restaurant that’s been around for so many years.

I went there last Friday at lunch time. Staff was nice, and I like the environment and the place. However, the size of the plates + quality of food was very disappointing for the price you are paying. We ordered Mediterranean mezze, grilled Veggies and a Chicken sandwich. I won't go back again and sadly, I cannot recommend to anyone.

Whta a dissapointing breakfast this morning. The staff were lovely, but so many items unavailable on the menu. Ended up cjoosing the banana bread which is usually come in a stylish presentation with caramel sauce and a cream. what arrived was a dried piece of banana bread on a plate. When I called the waitress over to ask about where the balance of the items described on the menu were she was clueless. Evetually they advised that that particular item is no longer available in the menu, but they could bring me butter. Rancid butter!
My guest’s breakfast had eggs poached so hard the yolks were inedible.
What a dissapointment, this was a favourite location, but at premium prices this was my last time.

Ordered a lamington which was dry and hard on the inside. The cake itself was totally devoid of moisture. Asked the nice server if it is meant to be like that, to which the answer was ‘yes’. As a baker, i found it hard to believe but I could not fault the server. Could not take another bite. The pistachio truffle I ordered also tasted ‘off’. Maybe evening is not a good time to eat the sweet items � -Sharon

Lets start with the fact i dont hate the place. I just hated their cobb salad. It was probably the worst salad i have ever eaten. I think i paid over 23 dollars for basically a small handful of lettuce. Im thinking i was going to get this beautiful cobb salad and it was pathetic. I asked for a side of blue cheese said i would pay the up charge but that was asking too much. Not avail! After 5 min of me looking at my salad they brought me out some bacon. Like they forgot to put it on. Had a a couple tomatoes and hard boiled eggs. If you are used to ordering cobb salads in the US. Do not ever order this! You will be surely disappointed!
Oh and when i originally got there 12 min before their lunch menu started it would be nice if your servers actually tell the customers you have 12 min to get your breakfast order in.... Otherwise you can only order off the lunch menu. I ordered one minute too late and there was no convincing Jones to let me order breakfast!
Jones, if you have a cobb salad on your menu you might want to google what exactly makes up a cobb salad!
A row of Bacon, eggs, tomatoes, avocado's, blue cheese crumbles, protein, Kalamata olives. Maybe even corn......ta da! That's a cobb salad!

Ordered aglio olio with the additional top up option of prawns and scallops. Very disappointed that each prawns is actually sliced into half and the scallops were the size of 5cents coins (I ain’t kidding!). Restaurant manager came to check on us and she looked rather surprised (not knowing how to react and handle) when I gave her my feedback. No recovery action done. Totally not worth my every dollar and cents on this dish ($29). Please avoid ordering this. (Dining at Great World City)

It was my first time at the Dempsey outlet, was there for lunch on Saturday and the place was amazing! Filled with good vibes and loved all the natural light. Will recommend it especially if you are looking for an outdoor restaurant with good food and affordable price. Had the Avocado & Pesto toast and a Chai latte, the avocado was fresh and the chai latte was good, I really enjoyed it. :)

Visited them today at Dempsey and despite some unoccupied seats I had to wait in line for 15mins. the staffs didn’t attend to me even when I tried to get their attention. When asked what was the delay they said they were lacking in staff, but I think the least they could have done was to attend to me and explain the situation as it would definitely help patrons understand the long wait. However I was impressed with one of their staff, a Chinese server with long hair in white long sleeves had pace and urgency in her service. Food was pretty expensive but the portion was great.

Poor service at Great World City. Waited an hour for my drink, overcooked poached eggs. Repeated requests but never got back to me on my drink. Though we like the food, doubt will be back again.

Good vibes & atmosphere at Dempsey - awesome blend of "chill" and good food that I need for a perfect Sunday brunch. All my favorite items on the menu - the warm sticky date pudding is my version of a happy ending. Would gladly come back for more!

Abit on the pricey side but death by chocolate is one of the yummiest desserts I’ve had. If you need a main to try, can’t go wrong with the harissa chicken.

Hung at the Great World City outlet over the weekend, loved the Chill Alfresco Vibes. It’s a great place to hang with friends and unwind after the hectic work week. The truffle fries was a hit with everyone and they have a pretty good selection of craft beers. We ended our hangout sesh with a sticky date Pudding and “Death by Chocolate” the latter was so good that we all went to chocolate heaven. Will definitely swing by again, thanks for the great food and vibes <3

I went to the outlet at Great World City last Sunday and Shawn who served me was super warm and polite. He spoke well and was enthusiastic. He deserves a medal!
The coffee was great and the cake was delish. I do think they were a bit short-handed for a Sunday morning, apart from that, it was all good.
