The kaya toast set is quite nice. The bread is now multi grain which is healthier. The bread is made to order so it’s crispy, warm and fresh. The tea was not very thick and not too sweet which is nice. The eggs are cooked to good consistency and quite large eggs. The soy sauce can be a bit saltier.
Easy to tabao and bring home to eat too. The staff at this outlet is quite friendly and helpful. Even though I originally ordered dine in but later changed my mind as I was rushing for time, they helpfully packed my order to go instead without any disgruntled looks unlike some other shops.
The outlet is quite small and not like an atmosphere to sit and chat for hours but great for a small snack and drink to “pick me up” in the day.
Delicious toast w a ton of butter.
It's a nutter!
Whats up brother?
You're not my mother!
I had never had kaya toast before and I wasn't disappointed! No complaints about a butter and jam sandwich. It was also cheap and quick. I think my only complaint is that it felt like there was just too much butter.
Cheese and Ham Sandwich with hot Milo $4.90. Sandwich toasted with sugar sprinkled on top. So is very tasty. Milo is big cup. Tried it's Honey Cake $1.80 not bad. Next time will try it's other's menu. Is crowded around 9am+
The staff were friendly and efficient.
Food was served quickly even during lunch hours.
At about $7+, pricing was reasonable considering if you eat at food court and also ordered a drink.
Food was pretty good, but quantity of the meat was kind of not enough.
Consistent quality everywhere, and the multi-tasking cashier, ‘kopi-boy’ was super friendly! Also tried the sweet tau sar piah for the first time, and it’s surprisingly good!
