Small mall around the serangoon garden. It has few eateries inside and few small shops. There is fair price finest here and indostop where you can buy Indonesia's stuffs here. The shop was in the corner at fairprice, I only noticed it after I went for fairprice to shop.

Parking exit doesn't work properly! You have to get out of your car to tap your card. Please indicate that you have to do so, so I don't sit and wonder why the gantry isn't working.

This mall and it's surrounding reminds me of Holland Village, even more so when I saw that iSteak(a popular steak place that used to be at Holland V) is a major tenant here.
