It is a standard outlet of Yoshinoya, but more spacious as it is situated in Jem basement by itself. They also offer balloons for kids who done here. The food is rather disappointing though. The grilled chicken with curry that we ordered came with a grassy taste that doesn't seem fresh at all. There's also rice on the chair that the staff needs to pay more care to the cleanliness of outlet.

Horrendous service. Staff were yelling at each other while facing customers ordering food. Side dish of miso soup was just cloudy hot water. One cleaning staff was on duty, and to cap off the great dining experience, snarled at me when I brought my tray to the tray return point. Beef bowl was all right though I left with a sour feeling in my mouth.

The cashier should be fired. Too bad she didn't wear a name tag. She refused to explain and just told us to read the menu when all we wanted to know is whether a particular selection comes with rice. I love yoshinoya but please select your staff well

On 19 Ausgust 2018. Time 3pm sharp I thought of having my lunch there at JEM Jurong east. But I met one of the female worker name Ada she was very rude towards the customer and me when we are ordering our food

Will not come back here again. Terribly slow service (queued for almost 30 minutes, waited for food for another 10 minutes), was handed the wrong order, and food was bad.

Was there at 11am on a Sat, place was empty. Service was prompt. Food was good.
