Service is good though food is too expensive with the presentation lacking (regarding the breakfast)
Little queue during peak hour and plenty of seats available. Service is quick and friendly. Love the consistency of their chicken, fish and fries and providing all the lovely fried bits. This is what makes them different from other chain fast food restaurants. They serve clam chowder now!
The 2 teenage staffs were very slow and not well trained. I could tell simply by looking at the way speed at which the staffs operate. There was quite a long queue but they were taking their own sweet time. I received my food 10 mins later and by the time I had gotten it, it was already quite cold b
Good quality battered fast food styled seafood. This is not the same as your typical Au or NZ fish and chips but a slightly different take on it. The batter is more crispy and heavily salted than Au f&c but quite tasty.
Service was very poor and very slow. One staff, Lily, was made to handle the rubbish and clean the tables. Manager shout at her later to handle the food and send to customers. No proper food handling hygiene. Two other customers were angry cause the food came late. I came first in the queue to orde
Classic Long John Silver's. The fish was probably the hottest temperature-wise that I've ever experienced. The coleslaw was tangy, the way I like it. The only con is that they don't carry malt vinegar anymore. It goes great with the fish and fries so not sure why they don't have it.
Located at the end of nex, comfortable sitting places and newer furniture compared to some other outlets which can be quite run down. Can always be relied on for it's food but I like the breakfast, the sandwiches are quite good and have eggs, ham/sausage/roast chicken. They serve porridge in the mor
