I give it a five star rating because I don’t have issues with my simple order. Just wondering that if I need to customise my order, can I tell the staff after I ordered or I need to order at the counter. The order machine was simple to use as a first timer. There was minimum interaction with the staff. The order was a bit slow but not too bad. I have always like KFC and the way they did the chicken and potatoes. The potato set I had was great and value for money at $5.
Just OK. Food is OK. But place look shady and dark. The self order kiosk both no internet, had to go counter to order and none of the staff seems to care also. So so service. Not bad but also don't care attitude. But I'm OK with this place. Just OK. Many mentioned they always do order wrongly and it happened in front of my eyes. Someone ordered tea and get coffee... So is true. Pls CHECK your orders before leaving
