Food and price is nice and reasonable. After meal I went to the hair salon just next door for haircut by a lady! For seniors it's only $5 for a haircut. Guys you should try get your hair cut there before or after meal. 👍😋😃

Surprised to find this gem of a restaurant in the quiet backwoods of Chai Chee area. Food appeals to us and is tasty We arrived about 10 minutes into last order but they still obliged 2 hungry people. We ordered salted egg chicken ($15 small), stir-fried garlic Kang kong ($6) and a Prawn Omelette ($10) and they were all tasty! Rice cost $1 each plate, Ice Milo and Bandung were $2.50 each, and both had no milk because they had run out of milk. *sigh* Cost of meal came to $38 for the 2 of us. Staff told us to slow down and enjoy the food (they were stacking the chairs) but they didn’t know that we were eating fast because it tasted so good! Good place to enjoy halal tzi tchar food done Chinese style.

Fragrant Fried Rice that is delicious and has a good "wok hey" or breath of the wok taste to it. Very flavourful halal chinese cuisine with modest pricing and warm hospitality. Tried their Beef Fried Rice for dinner. Believe me when I say that the beef is the most tender and melt in your mouth beef you will get at a halal tzi char restaurant. For $6, this is definitely a must try :) Will be sure to support New Hawa (Chai Chee) with good food and good company. 5 out of 5 stars!!!!!
