You cannot really taste anything. It's rubbish. The pork belly, after seasoning, is a grey mess of white pepper coated matter. How can can one even make meat grey? Bad experience, not recommended. There are better mookata places in the west. Meat isn’t fresh and full of meat juice from being frozen for Long period and the pork fat disintegrated when defrosted. Only good thing was the chilli but still very disappointing and will not return.
