My friend and I visited the place on 24 August around 3.15pm. The two staff at the store were trying to figure something out so they asked us to wait and we stood around for 3 minutes waiting for them to serve us. After ordering, we went to our seats that were situated further into the store. After waiting for 15 minutes, we decided to check why was the order taking so long and we realised that both staff turned off the store displays and machines and just left the store without preparing our orders. The dough for churros were left on the counter, prepared halfway. They eventually came back around 1 hour later and they staff simply said "oh sorry sorry i forgot" and served us cold churros after waiting for around 5 minutes. They even forgot our added on ice cream and we had to remind them to give us our ice cream. We also observed that they were not using gloves when preparing the churros.
I did opt to seek for feedback privately through the website enquiry form and on Instagram DM but received no replies at all. Seems as if the management does not care about managing their employees.

Churros were bad, and pricey too. Felt like I wasted my calories here. What made up a little for it were the hazelnut sauce (on the mini churros) and the ice cream, which shouldn't be the highlight of a cafe specialising in churros. I guess kids might like it. These two set us back around $12.

A recently opened store with main offerings of churros with various toppings and dips. Beverages can also be found here.
Spacious, but the place is already marked with stain on the sofa and some litter on the floor.
With anticipation of freshly made churros, we ordered cookies, peanut and rainbow sprinkles and the vanilla glazed churros in a cup. The long churros were cold and only the churros in cup was warm.
The churros in cup had those in open-air display, but luckily we got those freshly made ones. Texture wise, the churros were a tad tough to chew.
Overall, the churros did not meet expectation.

a takeaway this round. checked the menu and found that there was no cinnamon flavor, thus I reconfirmed with the cashier that it was indeed as there is original ones. The cashier mentioned not at the moment and asked if I wish to takeaway 3 or 5pcs. I told her 1. She responded "Oh, u sounded like u ordering alot..." Sounded? Which part of the convo did I mention the quantity I will be ordering? What sound?
A handful of 'not reco' on their Facebook page says plenty about their service.

We were here for a drink after dinner and we waited quite a while with the long queue. The cashier was really friendly and chill even though I’m sure he was pretty overwhelmed as the cafe seems under staff. It was him and another guy preparing the food.

The staff were extremely rude, didn’t even respond when I thanked her. She also rudely asked if I had smaller change when I handed her my $50. The churros also came very burnt as you can see.

Iced long black on the left that was really bland in taste. Tasted more like diluted coffee 😑 actually it tasted alot worse than that. Mind you. It cost $4.50 for a cup.
On the right iced lemon tea that tasted more like a super tart lemon drink with tea?
If you are gonna sell drinks to go with churros, have the decency to make actual drinkable liquids for your customers. Yuck!
Slow service with sulky face. I've been sitting here for 20 mins and no one has yet to clear the dirty tables 🤦🏻♀️

REALLY!! Cold churros and messy Cafe. Your coffee is horrendous and disgusting. I saw your staff added tap water to 1 shot of espresso and viola! Iced long black.. Ewww max
