Been here 2 times only. Parked at the mall first time few days back though it was very old mall because compared to Singpost center and PLQ mall, this mall seems old. Only have 2 storey parking, didn't seem would fit many. A bit difficult to find parking slot here on weekday lunch time. Mall itself

Thus is really a very nice location n a nice place, so many shops n food stalls, even outside the building many services available like ATM banking, Posb atm, Sam machine and the surrounding place is very wide n nice it's a nice environment n just beside Paya Lebar mrt n Singpost, thanks

The shopping experience is minimal as most shops are eateries and desserts. The desserts here are unique and interesting. Ji De Chi, 半仙豆腐， vegetarian Japanese sushi, etc. So as a shopping mall, it's more of 4 stars. As dinning outlet, 5 stars. Also, the money changer for RM$ is a hot favourite, 秒杀
