Reasonable price, taste ok and food are fresh. However certain items like nobody look into from service point of view. No manager are on duties and like run out of chopsticks minor details. Nobody control and coffee machine run of coffee powder. Only waiting for customer to highlight and after refill coffee powder, inside got no milk. All small little issues are food and service industry must address. Major issue let of staffs and also properly not well trained.

This place has always been a must go for me. Be it a casual dinner outing or just something to celebrate like a birthday. Price point is awesome, Food is delicious (for those that I ordered) but some people may not agree. There are just too many food on the menu and as such I think it is acceptable to not have all being super tasty. My personal favourites that never go wrong include: 1) Grilled chicken with 2 sides (parmesan cheese fries and coleslaw) 2) Grilled fish with 2 sides 3) Creamy pasta (carbonara or smoked salmon) 4) Creamy tomato pasta with hamburger or anything else. I feel the creamy tomato sauce is slightly different from typical tomato based sauces. Service wise is normal. Polite, fast, to the point. If there is a peak they might be understaffed but they are always cool as cucumber. Five stars for them for being consistent for more than 2 years!

This has evolved to now offer 4 brands under 1 roof - Lena's (Western), My Izakaya (Japanese), Ju Hao (Chinese), Danro (Korean). You can order on all brands except for Danro as it is buffet. Overall good variety for groups who have different preferences.
