I was at pizza hut Nex earlier this evening.
I ordered regular pizza and seafood alfredo.
Pizza was good, however I found an unidentified substance item on my mussels.
I asked one of staff for assistance because I don’t know whether its safe to consume or not.
I overheard one of staff informing her supervisor about the incident and the person reacted ‘oh SHIT’ out loud until I could hear from my table.
Manager on duty Kai approached to our table and took back my plate to kitchen.
After few minutes, one of lady staff came and informed me that they will replace it to new dish.
At the end it turned out totally new dish which I didn’t order, and no explanation and apologies were given until I ask to speak to manager in charge again.
I had to waste my time there with unpleasant experiences.
I hope pizza hut will take action on food safety and hygiene matter seriously in the future.
And please train your staffs for proper way of handling certain circumstances.

Visited the restaurant in the afternoon during an odd timing which was probably the reason for lesser crowds. The service level was decent in my opinion, probably due to less customers during tea timing.
Ordered a promotional item and the taste is great too. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Ordered from grab food for my family’s dinner on Monday, 13/12.
Firstly, I received the wrong pizza (ordered margherita as it was for a 3 year old, received veggie lover’s instead). Clearly stated on my grab order receipt it was Margherita Pizza. That one okay, still acceptable cause human error but then grab food have yet to get back to me regarding this matter.
Secondly, and the main reason why I decided to publish this review on Google is because I received burnt mozzarella poppers. This is highly unacceptable to be served to paying customers! I hope no one have to experience what I experienced. No matter which time of the day you receive your order, you should always prepare them proper. I ordered at 8.30pm which I understand maybe the kitchen is busy with high orders or the staff is starting to clean up and things like that but that shouldn’t compromise the quality of food being served.
Totally spoilt the entire dinner experience and not sure if I’ll ever order or recommend this outlet again.

Food is served fresh and piping hot.
The service staff is very helpful, just a little slow and low on energy. I guess it's late and they had a long day. Thankful that they open till 10pm.

Place is spacious and food delicious. Come down for a quick bite, no waiting time.

Pizza and pasta are good as usual. The fries are not so well done, clumped together. Service is efficient. Has one of the best environment compared to other pizza huts

Staff gave black face. Was standing at the entrance and pretended not to see me. Ordered a take away of Chicken Supreme without capsicum. When I reached home, I realized I was given BBQ Chicken instead. We have to for ourselves to eat becos we do no like the taste of BBQ sauce. I hope they can be more careful in future.

Very helpful and friendly middle aged auntie with spectacles serving my girlfriend and I yesterday, at about 8pm. Didn’t get to catch her name but it was nice to be serviced by her.
Food was good! Chicken wings were succulent.
