Great customer service here. I wanted to reduce my plastic use and didn’t opt for a plastic bag but I accidentally dropped my koi cup cause I’m such a klutz. Came back to queue and purchase again and they gave me another cup on the house. What a nice gesture. Thank you again!
Lunch time is so crowded that you have to wait 5-10mins to order and another 10 mins for the drinks. The drinks quality is the same as other outlets. There is no taro in this outlet. Great place to quench your thirst. The pearls are so chewy that it’s help me reduce snacking.
Recommend you if you are looking for bubble tea stores.
Very conveniently located bubble tea at the traffic light junction across the MRT station. Last time they used to have chairs and charging points, but they developed a "higher grade" tea and coffee tasting concept with very classy environment (please see photos). They even sell some pastries.
Overall a great stopover for a quick quench of thirst!
I am such a fan of Koi that I was so happy for them seeing their wonderful concept of a Koi Plus Cafe blossom. Great job. I didn’t know you couldn’t bring the bubble tea into the cafe but having been introduced by the staff that they serve different teas and scones/macarons, I know I have every reason to be taking my loved ones down now for a quiet afternoon tea. Tried their matcha macchiato. I’d say go for at least a 1/4 sugar - the matcha is the real deal, bitterness included. None of that powdered faux matcha.
Ordered their Waffles with Honey. It's nice. The honey is good.
This sea fog tea tastes really nice. Maybe next time can go back there to buy the bottle for this flavour tea.
KOI The is a cafe located in Plaza Singapura, Orchard Road. The cafe serves a wide range of bubble teas including matcha, black tea, green tea, etc. The golden bubble milk tea is a must try! The price is reasonable. A regular cup of milk tea starts at $ 2.00 (August 2018). Bubble tea lovers must try KOI! Cheers!
