Bought take away 2pcs meal, with 2 sets of add on fries. Came back to eat, the fries was cold, hard & tasteless(no salt added, maybe). Had to dispose as it was too cold + hard to consume. From my experience,take away & dine in customers should be prioritise first then the online orders because of the space restraint for the queueing customers,on site..

6/10 pieces look and tastes like they are leftovers from the previous night. Honestly if you guys hid like 1 or 2 pieces we maybe wouldn't have found out but 6 pieces? wow.

Service is relatively fast and efficient. Food is what you would expect of KFC. Delicious.
