The store is big and clean although it is tucked away at an isolated corner on the first floor together with some other stores if you are area strolling around in the mall. But you can come in from one of the main entrance which is near to Bishan MRT station. But the service is kind of disappointing
If i can give zero star I would give it. Slowest, terrible service and behavior. Waited for our food for 30mins even if there's no long que. Plan to dine in at store but due to slow service we are kind of late for the movie showing. As I told this Auntie to change it into takeaway, I don't why it is

Mos burger is always our first choice for quick bite. Been to many outlets but Bishan outlet is really the best of all. Firstly the counter staff is friendly and fast. I enjoyed having my golden edi fry burger..its superb. the crunchines of the ebi with the salted egg sauce with mayo.. its perfect.. I simply love my burger.. thanks to nadia the mgr n Raphael for making such delicious burger.. I will never forget this..
Ordered a my usual simple cheese burger not the MOS cheese burger..with meal optionand added clam chowder... Big regret. Clam chowder is slimy.. omg. My favourite simple cheese burger is kinda tasteless.. not sure how the standard dropped so much.
Fast food should be Fast. Besides waiting for more than 30 minutes. Food was good. For less than 20 dollars, don't expect gourmet food. Well done.
Worse Mos Burger ever.... The count staff spammed the call button for “4557” constantly for 5minutes straight. Then we were chased off a seat because “we only had 2 people” and another party had 3 people... when there were plenty other seats with 2 people only... ridiculous....
