Got 2 Shroom ‘N Cheese Pockett for my me and my hubby as dinner but my Pockett was reduced to less than half the original size while my hubby’s Pockett seems just as advertised. So I went up to the counter and questioned the staff about the differences between my two pocketts and she just told me “it’s all the same” and opened up a new Pockett and the meat portion was just as pathetic as mine except with a wider wrap and asked to exchange mine but I said no because what’s the point of it? IMHO, just stick with your KFC and nothing else if you can’t promised what you advertised and give customer this kind of unethical standards @ $9.95 (and the staff didn’t inform that the wedges had been replaced by the fries.) Signs of bad biz or is it just a bad joke? I got it, KFC😉

KFC is conveniently located at the entrance of Sun Plaza. It is also rather spacious with many seats. However, depending on the time which you go, there might be a staff stationed at the entrance who will assign you your seat. The food at KFC is alright. I feel that the standard of KFC has plummeted over the years. It is also probably the reason why KFC usually has empty tables because diners usually choose to eat elsewhere to have their fried chicken fix. The food is served quite fast after ordering and you can collect your food once your number has been displayed at the food collection area. Do take note that you still have to return your trays after you are done with your meal. Go to KFC if you wish to eat fried chicken but are too lazy to queue for other better ones, like Jollibee.

If you prefer chicken drier than Sahara desert you can try it here. Not sure how the staff prepared the food but it’s all ice cold and messy. Queue was messy and chaotic. The floor was sticky. Staff in the kitchen were shouting. Looks more like a circus.

After work, I came KFC having a cup of hot tea. Milk added but the tea feel sweet less. Milk tea is condensed milk add into tea. Hot tea at hawker is nicer.

There's smth wrong with the service. There was a crowd and I missed hearing my number the first time, however my number was still under 'Now preparing' so I didn't suspect much. The whole 3-4 minutes I was standing at the front no service staffs called out my number. So now my food has been placed out for a while and my shroom and cheese wrap is cold. Even after collecting my food, my number is STILL under 'Now preparing'. Horrible

Loved the service here, the Malay lady counter staff was really patient and polite. I ordered the new drumlets boxes. Food was good as expected; however drumlets were not as spicy as in the past. Wish it had been spicier but overall experience was good. 👍

The only thing i like about kfc sunplaza is theres always plenty if seats no matter what time is it of the day as they are competing with McDonalds which is always quite packed. Comparing to that KFC is also not bad so you should their new burgers.

Poor customer service. I brought ice lemon tea for my set meal. However, I was served ice milo instead. Staff didn't even bother to ask whether I'm fine with the change.

This outlet no longer serves you at the counter. Unless you are prepared to waste time navigating their unhelpful self-ordering machines and waste time waiting for others to be done placing their orders, and waste more time paying at the counter if you are paying by cash, it will be best to avoid eating at this outlet. Eating here would only encourage other outlets to adopt this horrendous practice.

I went to McDonald's Sun Plaza at about 6:15pm today. I joined a queue at the counter. I wanted to buy the latest hyped on TV Ad -- the Extra Valued Meal Beef burger. When I finally reached the counter, the crew told me that the outlet had totally sold out of that item and it is only available at other outlets. I was not only disappointed, but upset because:- a) it was still shown on the e-menu b) no poster or sign were put up to inform walk-in customers that the item will NOT be available. So customers like me would be in the queue -- to be disappointed only. I am hoping you guys would either:- a) replenish the stocks to satisfy all incoming customers ; or b) drop the item from the menu c) put up appropriate notices to inform the customers so that they don't have to queue up to get disappointed. Thank you.

There were a few 5-6 random people (or off duty) in and out of the kitchen and counter, they caught my attention because they were loud and rowdy. Most of all, I was put off due to the fact that they were picking food to eat without wearing gloves. Why are they treating the kitchen as if it’s their home or classroom?

Had made few purchases here and generally it's okay. But I am totally disappointed on my purchases this afternoon around 13:13. (order no.2643) Ordered a Mcdouble set and a single Chicken BLT burger. The place was not very crowded like weekends but yet I was given a cheese burger and NOT my chicken BLT burger! Only realise the wrong order when I am home. Maybe McDonald should consider introducing item name printed on the packaging so that the crew knows what they actually packed.

Dun like the staff(old Uncle) outside the counter. Like not happy .. drag the chair and push it till the banging sound so irritating.thought of eating there relaxing but my ear suffer and he keep mumbling and scrolling his eyes looking at us. Feel like want us to finish faster n get lost....

Went around 10.10pm..saw no one at the counter area. Was waiting for the staff to take my order. 3mins later a staff came and told me the cashier is only for payment if i want to take order i have to do so at the machines at the side..i was like ..huh?.. Why the cashier cant take orders but can do payment?

Ordered a Mcdelivery... Breakfast Supreme meal and 2 hotcakes w sausage meal. Received all items. Except, there is no jam, salt & pepper set or even knife or fork for me to use. It would be great if your staff re check orders before proceed to delivery.

i ordered a breakfast wrap to go because i had to catch my morning transport to work. from their monitor screens, i did not see my order prepared until 5 minutes after i ordered. another 5 minutes later still no wrap... in the end i had to forfeit my $4.25 or else i would have to pay $30 cab fare if i don't catch my transport! guess u guys need to get your morning crew act together..

Brought my kids for supper last night and was served by patient counter staff Surina. The kids wanted to see the Happy Meal toys before choosing and she happily obliged the kids. When the crowds ceased, she even brought out the balloons and did balloon sculptures for my kids. Thank you for making my kids so happy.

I had one ginger burger, i got it, it was self service i ordered it on cash counter, after that i had it, it was very good and tasty, i liked the ginger crisp in it yhe most, it is a spacious outlet.

good restaurant. bike parking is relatively easy, however finding a car park is tough and may have to drive around the residential area and have to walk back. the outlet in particular is spacious and staff are good. food is served in time.

KFC is one of my most-visited places when it comes to satisfy my cravings for burgers and choco lash krusher. They serve a good variety of meal bowls too. Fried chicken is always a yay!<br/>Pocket-friendly. Great service as usual.
